Gossair is an amazing light mohair blend with a short 'fuzz' or 'hairy' effect. If you like the warmth, softness and lightness of mohair without the long 'fuzzy' hairs, then this is the yarn for you.

Soft and light as air with a subtle halo effect, Gossair is an excellent multi-seasonal yarn for many knitting and crochet projects. Carefully blended of mohair, acrylic and nylon, Gossair makes light, airy scarves and shawls when used single strand, or it may be combined with another yarn to give a superbly soft, more substantial fabric with a lovely ethereal halo.

Some of the colors of Gossair are color-coordinated with Soloso and the two yarns may be used together for a heavier fabric. We found that the two yarns are best knit on US Size 10.5 (6.5 mm) needles and give a gauge of 14 st=4 inches.
