The Bayside Scarf is a lightweight, trendy scarf to add color and style to your outfit. One ball of Kensi yarn makes a scarf about 4" x 40". For a longer and wider scarf, use 2 balls.

 

Knitted Measurements: L 40" x W 4"

 

Materials
Kensi x 1 ball (Color of your choice)
US Size 11(8 mm) knitting needles

 

Gauge: Approx 15 st = 4" in Pattern Stitch

 

To knit scarf:
Cast on 15 stitches loosely.

 

R1 & 2: Knit

R3: *(K1, YO), rep *, end with K1.

R4: Knit, dropping all YOs.

 

Repeat R3 and 4 until the yarn is almost used up, making sure you have sufficient yarn to work 2 rows of Garter Stitch and bind off.

 

Rep R1 and 2.
Bind off all stitches loosely.

 

Weave in all loose ends.
