The Venuto Hat is a simple crochet beanie that can be made in an hour or so. It uses 2 balls of Tinkerbella in 2 different colors to create a natural contrasting band. The Venuto Hat is trendy and can be worn any time of year.

Finished Measurements: Will fit head circumference of 18"-22".

Materials:
2 x Tinkerbella (select 2 different colors)
Crochet hook, US Size P16 (11.5 mm)

To make hat: (join new ball of yarn when first ball runs out)

Rd 1: Ch3, hdc in 3rd st from hook, 7hdc in same st, sl st in top st of first Ch3;.....(8 sts)
Rd 2: Ch3, hdc in same st, 2hdc in each st around, sl st in top st of first Ch3;.....(16 sts)
Rd 3: Ch3, hdc in same st, hdc in next st, *(2hdc in next st, hdc in next st), rep * around, sl st in top st of first Ch3;.....(24 sts)
Rd 4: Ch3, hdc in same st, hdc in next 2 sts, *(2hdc in next st, hdc in next 2 sts), rep * around, sl st in top st of first Ch3;.....(32 sts)
Rd 5-6: Ch3, hdc in each st around, sl st in top st of first Ch3.
Rd 8: Ch3, hdc in next st, hdc2tog, *(hdc in next 2 st, hdc2tog), rep * around, sl st in top st of first Ch3;.....(24 sts)
Rd 9-12: Ch3, hdc in each st around, sl st in top st of first Ch3.

Bind off. Weave in all loose ends.
