Ordering / Shipping Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal.
Please note that there is a $25 service charge to be borne by the customer if a legitimate credit card transaction is mistakenly disputed and a charge-back fee is imposed on us by the credit card company, eg. A wife may have used her husband's credit card to make a purchase with us and the order was delivered. However, when the credit card statement arrives, she either forgets to inform her husband or forgets about the transaction, and the husband does not recognize that transaction. As a result, he calls the bank to dispute the transaction. He subsequently checks with his wife, and realizes that the transaction is a legitimate transaction, and no longer disputes the charge. In situations like this, the bank imposes a $25 charge-back fee to us. We will subsequently bill this $25 charge-back fee to you.
