The Carine Mesh Shawl is a beautiful, elegant crocheted shawl that can be made with a variety of different yarns. The mesh pattern is a Rectangle Mesh, and looks different and is a little more open and lacy than the Diamond Mesh pattern.

Materials:
1 x Captain (color of your choice)
1 x Trion (color of your choice)
Crochet hook, US Size L11 (8 mm)

 

To make shawl:

 

With both yarns held together, Ch 50;

 

Basic Pattern Stitch (Multiple of 4 sts + 2)

 

R1: Dc in 10th st from hook, *(Ch3, sk 3 st, dc in next st), rep * till end, turn;
R2: Ch6, sk ch-3 space, dc in next dc, *(Ch3, sk ch-3 space, dc in dc), rep * till end, end with dc in 3rd st of beginning Ch6;

 

Rep R2 till you run out of yarn.

 

Bind off. Weave in all loose ends.
