Note: The yarn used for this blanket has been discontinued, but may be substituted with Berlini Anytime Cotton or Silver Swan Cotton Spa Worsted

Knitted Measurements
L40" x W32"

Materials
4 balls Smile #5 Cashmere Blue (A) - or color of your choice
4 balls Smile #13 Polar White (B) - or color of your choice

US Size 6 knitting needles (circular needles long enough to hold 32")
Stitch markers

Gauge: 18¾ st = 4" in Pattern Stitch

Pattern Stitch 1:
R1: *(K1, P1), rep * till end
R2: *(P1, K1), rep * till end

Pattern Stitch 2:
R1: (K1, P1) to 1st marker, K to 2nd marker, (K1, P1)  to 3rd marker, K to 4th marker, (K1, P1) to end.
R2: (P1, K1) to 1st marker, P to 2nd marker, (P1, K1) to 3rd marker, P to 4th marker, (P1, K1) to end

To knit blanket:
With A, cast on 150 st, placing a stitch marker after every 30 st.

Work Pattern Stitch 1 for a total of 36 rows.
With B, work Pattern Stitch 2 for a total of 72 rows.
With A, work Pattern Stitch 1 for a total of 72 rows.
With B, work Pattern Stitch 2 for a total of 72 rows.
With A, work Pattern Stitch 1 for a total of 36 rows.

Bind off loosely in pattern.
