An ultra soft spiral rib hat suitable for chemo patients. Make one for someone you know who is undergoing chemo treatment.

Knitted Measurements
Will stretch to fit head circumference of 18"-22"

Materials
1 x Bunny Soft #3155 (or color of your choice)
16" circular knitting needles; US Size 10 (6 mm)

Gauge
Approx 12 st = 4" in 2 x 2 spiral ribbing

To knit hat:
Cast on 59 stitches.
Join in circle, making sure not to twist sts. Place marker to mark beginning of round.
Work K2, P2 all around until piece measures approx. 6 1/2", ending with a round that works K2 before the marker.

Decrease:
Rd 1: *(P2, K2, P2, K2tog), rep * till last 3 st before marker, P2, K1.
Rd 2: *(K1, P2, K2, P2), rep * till last 3 st before marker, K1, P2.
Rd 3: *(K2, P2, K1, P2tog), rep * till last 3 st before marker, K2, P1.
Rd 4: *(P1, K3, P2, K1), rep * till last 3 st before marker, P1, K2.
Rd 5: *(P2, K2, P2tog), rep * till last 3 st before marker, P2, K1.
Rd 6: *(K1, P2, K2), rep * till end.

Cut yarn, leaving tail of 12". Weave through remaining sts, removing sts from needle. Draw up tightly and fasten. Turn hat inside out and weave in all loose ends.
