Cotton Chenille

Our Cotton Chenille yarn is a high quality, soft, thick, plush yarn that is one of the easiest chenilles to work with. It has been developed with a special center core to resist shedding of the chenille piles, and additional steps have been taken during the processing of the yarn to ensure that it is soft and plush.

Made of 100% quality combed cotton, this chenille exhibits all of the qualities of cotton (a much-loved fiber!) and is terrific for apparel, blankets, baby items, bath towels, wash cloths, scarves, shawls, throws, etc.

Knit or crochet with cotton chenille as you would with worsted weight cotton yarn. Unlike some chenilles, our cotton chenille does not worm, and will look great in simple stockinette or garter stitch, or in complex stitchery like cables, bobbles, or the ever popular wave/ripple stitches.
